Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I have legally changed my first name, but a recently deceased relative's will lists me as a beneficiary under my previous name. What is required to prove I'm still the same person? I have an old driver's license, old passport and the document granting my request for name change.

It sounds like you have exactly what you need. The court order changing your name is probably the most important. Ask the executor or his/her attorney what they would like you to provide.
