Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My mother died last year, leaving my siblings and I with fractional ownership of her home in California. I understand that I need a living trust to avoid probate in the case of my death. I live in China, so I don't have access to legal help. Can you advise me on the best way to develop a trust from afar?

Engage a California Attorney. You could establish a trust or consider alternative planning with an LLC or other entity. You should seek counsel with international estate plannig expertise. You might consider Walter Kilmenr at 213 895 4900
