Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

in my mothers will;it says that after a plasable amount of time ,we should sell her home and divide it up 4 ways.my question is what does plasable amount of time mean ?im living in the home,as did my sons,(gransons),my sister, who is also the executor is the 4 th part, lives outa-state.so in order for us to get it ready to sell....i was looking to see just how long we"d get,or how quickly she"d have to cash in...know my moms home is paid for and she lived there 37 years...
