I believe you just answered my question regarding the Petition for Final Distribution. I am indeed using the Nolo book. Thank you so much for your response. My brother has signed a Waiver of Accounting, and the judge is pretty irritated so I will definitely waive the executors fees. May I file the Notice of Hearing and proposed Order for Distribution at the same time as the Petition for Final Distribution?

You must file the Notice along with the Petition, and should lodge the Order at the same time.

Don't forget to file the Proof of Service (page 2 of the Notice) once it's been served by mail on all of the recipients.
