Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
We just noticed in my moms living trust that one signature page is correct. The 2nd signature page is wrong. Witness signed in moms place, mom signed in witness place. Should this be legally changed or can we do it ourselves (how) or is it ok as is?

It is preferable to do these things correctly. I would suggest a reexecution in the proper manner. The document itself must be reviewed to give you a real answer as to whether this is required, but why take a chance of an attack on the document?.
