Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My parents bought a mobilehome and land in 1997 and placed their names as well as mine and my brother's name on the deed. Both parents are now deceased, my father left a will naming my brother executor. I am living in the mobilehome, and brother wants to sell it..can he do that without my approval and signature?

If your names were on the title, then it passes outside the will. This has nothing to do with the will . He is not an executor until probate us filed anyway... He is entitled to his share so you have a couple of options. You buy him out, you pay him monthly for half what it would rent for, or sell it...he can't sell it without you if you are on the title
