When a property's deed is named under a family trust. Who is responsible for paying the property taxes while the division of assets in a living trust is in dispute by equal trustees?

The living trust is still the owner and needs to pay the taxes. Once the dispute as to the proper beneficiary is determined, the parties will need to also settle the allocation of those taxes.
