Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

This is a question about intestate succession in California. My wife and I have no will or other estate documents. If we die together (I'm thinking car-crash, not murder-suicide) what is the succession of our estate if:

1) We have no children

2) My parents are deceased but hers are alive

3) I have two sisters and she has two brothers.

Thank you for your help.
