Is it legal for family members to sell off the estate without everyones knowledge and agreement

Your question is vague. Has someone passed away. Are family members selling things that were owned by a person who died? Is there a probate or was there a trust.

Too many unanswered questions to tell you if what is happening is appropriate or not.
