Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Not having the trust document to review whether trustee has fully and faithfully carried out the provisions therein, I would think no there would no reason to withhold distribution of assets. Suggest you obtain the services of a probate/trust attorney to review the document and determine why you have not received the distribution you are entitled to, and communicate with the trustee a demand on your behalf for dsistribution.
