Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Time limit for reading living trusts

My father passed away two months ago and my mother wont act on the living trust. I am not contesting it but want to have it enforced. When does she have to read it and if not how do i have it done. I also live in another state so how do i get around to do this. Thank you

There is no "reading of the trust." However, if the trust has become at least partially irrevocable (which it probably has) you are entitled to receive a copy of the document.

Let me know if you need help.
