trust fund

my nother passed in 12/2001 and i was to recieve $3000/mo for 10 years for total of $360000 but trustee has stop paying since 3/2006 and he sold 2 of three property in the trust also the last property is up for sale and i dont think he has a plan to pay me my inheritance so i was wondering if ican put a lien on the house for $210,000(remainder of the trust) and $40,000 for my extra expenses arised from this situation iwas hospitalized for foot infection because i was left home less for 8 mo ,loss of my apartment warrants and pain and suffering and etc so if possible i need help thank youP.S if i can i want to put a lien on the last house in the trust to protect my self because the house is on the market i need to do this A.S.A.P

If you think the trustee is violating the terms of the trust, you have the option of going to court and suing him and/or attempting to remove him. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss this further.

Your extra expenses may not be granted, but if you are due money from the trust, you will need to file something quickly to safeguard the money and get paid from the escrow. With a suit filed to get paid, your attorney can file a "lis pendens" on the remaining property to protect your interest.
