Re: 132a motion

A LC 132(a) petition alleges that a worker has been discriminated because he or she filed a worker's compensation claim. I have had many clients who have been unhappy with the results of carpal tunnel release surgery. You may wish to forego the surgery. In any event, you would do well by obtaining representation as the worker's compensation system is very adversarial and legal fees are restricted to 9 - 12% of final settlement or award. Please call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
