ame changing mind

an orthopaedic ame said there was nothing wrong with my neck(wiplash)I was then denied treatment. I thought maybe i was going crazy. 3 years later i lost power in rt arm and had to have cervical surgery,at which time my neck was Found to be a sorry mess. the ame was not provided mri's by my lawyer,nor did he do a simple x-ray. I suered like a dog r those 3 years and am angry. is there anything i can do

You can not sue the Dr. for making a wrong diagnosis. It is possible that your problems developed from something else. X-rays normally will just show broken bones or large shifts in the bony structure and likely would not have shown a herniated disc.

Your attorney might have been guilty of legal malpractice but a suit for that must be brought within one year of either knowledge of the malpractice or a reasonable person should have known of the malpractice. That often is difficult to prove. You need to see a malpractice attorney.
