Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Sent automatic reassignment petition to presiding judge 30 days before hearing was denied, not timely. I didnt get notice of hearing until approx 6/17. What is the time limit for a petition for automatic reassignment of ALJ?

So sorry, but you missed it by... a lot: PASTE THIS IN YOUR BROWER: https://www.dir.ca.gov/t8/10453.html

Calif. Code of Regulations give you just 5 days from the mailing date of the notice, and request is required immediately when you are in person with the calendar clerk getting the trial date. If you received notice on 6/17, it was most likely mailed Friday the 13th and you had to RUSH to the court with your petition on Wed June 18 to be on time to request a new judge.
