Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

In CA workers comp Can they just stop your TTD benefits without notification I am still under PTP'S care and had seen and AME a month ago and was not told i was MMI TTD has not arrived and it has not been late since DOI 05/18/09

Call the claims adjuster and find out what is happening. They must give you notification of why benefits are being stopped.

If you were not found to be MMI per the AME, and they discontinued your T.D., then you must make a demand. If the carrier does not respond to your demand, you then file for an expedited hearing.
