WC cases normally are resolved much faster than 4 years, but it also depends on when your condition became permanent and stationary. If it is not too inconvenient, you could always go to the attorney's office in the hope that he is in--if they say he is in with another client jsut tellthem yo will wait and then keep on talking to them until they tire and get the attorney to see you.
