Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I've moved out of the country and it is very difficult to get my check mailed and clear the local bank in a reasonable time(3 weeks get the mail and one month to clear) will the judge approve full commutation of future benefits?(in California)

Depending on your situtation, it is possible. However, before we get to the judge, we must first find out whether or not the carrier will approve a commutation.
