Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

i had MSC schedule on April 19 2016, Defiance has requested to cross QME AND defiance took more than one month to contact qme for an appointment to cross, and about a week before MSC date, defiance told us they schedule a qme creoss for June 19 2016, basically defiance keep pushing back to pay my TTD, my attorney told me will goto MSC anyway, but I dont have to be their, is true that i dont have tobe their ay MSC ? my attorney did not even explain me what he will do or what will bring to judge to present my case , i dont know what do i need to do, when I ask my attorney about this, he just keep saying wait till April 19, 2016, will know, I thought my attorney should explain me the procedures, but i not aware of anythig, please help
