I was not notify about a source conference what rights do I have

I've never heard the term 'source' conference and I've been in workers compensation since 1987, so I don't think there is any such animal in workers compensation.

There IS a STATUS conference, and if you are on the WCAB Official ADdress Record you must be provided with a mailed copy of the Notice of Status Conference.

If the judge made an order at the Status Conference, you can object to the order (if it's a final order) because you were not provided with notice of that conference.
