I received ttd payments for 2 yrs now there is status conference for discovery. What could this be about

Attorneys request 'status conference' when there is a bookkeeping problem not 'ripe' for a trial, like getting a QME Panel from the Medical Unit, or to discuss a new AME if the old one retired or became ill.
