Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Will my benifits end if I quit?

I am currently receiving Work. Comp. benifits, I am working full-time again, but I still have Physical Therapy several times a week. My present job is unbearable, they are doing everything in their power to make me miserable. If I quit my current job, will my therapy and Doctors appt. still be covered? How long do my Worker's Comp. Benifits last?

Your benefits should continue whether you are working

or not. Your benefits should last until you

are declared permanent and stationary and released

by your doctor. If you have problems I would consult

an attorney immediately so that you do not lose the benefits

that you are entitled to.
