Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Work comp injury/Falsified Info/Black listed

Mine is complex. Had surgery for a work injury. On work comp temp disability now. My surgery was suspicious with the procedures and provider. Brought up issues to my employer about 1099 forms for my laborers and scolded. My employer falsified work comp info. Now I'm being black listed and face possible termination, once released from work comp being a liability and questioning 1099 issues. I work full time for a private company. I have a six page account of the facts and events. Not sure where to turn. Need advice please. I'll select work comp law below BUT may be medical mal practice, along with employer forced me to participate in false claim info, and now I'm target for termination upon returning to work.
