workers compensation case not settled after 20 yea

is there a legal limit to settle a case. My case has beeen draging on for 22 years with no end in sight!

Twenty two years?? Since I never heard of a case going on for twenty years, I am not sure if there is some sort of legal limit, but I tend to think not.
