Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Workman Comp Case -- TTD

I was told that because I was terminated by my employer for just cause while on Workman's Comp. that I can not receive TTD. I filed a personal law case for discrimination against them in which there was a settlement; I sustained carpal tunnel while working as a bus driver; my supervisor asked me not to file a case against them and when I did, they began harrassing me.
