Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Colorado

I filed chapter 7 and my debt was discharged but now one of the creditors is harassing me, having me served and trying to garnish me again. My bankruptcy lawyer doesn't seem to have any interest in helping me and I need to know if there is legal action I should take or what to do. Thank you!
