Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
If you want to get a charge that was dismissed ,expunged or sealed, for employment purposes and you don't get an attorney and you lose can you refile and get an attorney, or do you only have one chance? I want to try it first without paying all that money no offense, but if for some reason it's denied will I be able to go back and get an attorney? Cause if I only have one chance I will save money for an attorney?
