Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

I used the company credit card for personal expenses. The company are filing a police report but say the won't press charges. Won't the Police or DA PRESS CHARGES ANYWAY?

It is not the company's decision, but the police and/or DA's decision as to press charges against you. Under no circumstances should you answer anyone's questions about this, but simply say you refuse to speak to this subject without first consulting with an attorney, this includes telephone calls, interviews and threats like "we will arrest you now unless you speak to us". Good luck, and if you get curious as to what is happening, hire an attorney to find you and do not directly or indirectly contact anyone concerning this matter.
