Legal Question

My ex-husband has been charged with a class 4 & a class 5 felony and already has been previously conficted of a felony. I was told he may get released with nothing but probation? Is that truly a possibility?

I am a victim of domestic violence & am concerned about the possibility of him once again serving no jail time for his actions.
