Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

My boyfriend lives in Pueblo, CO and I live in Denver, CO. He just went to court recently and found out he will have to do house arrest to finish up his DUI charges. Is there anyway he can move up here and do his house arrest in Denver? We were planning on moving in together before we found this out. Please help!

Normally, yes. Colorado courts will often transfer probation to the county where the defendant resides. So if your friend moves to Denver, his probation and monitoring could also be moved to Denver.
