Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

My daughter was adopted by her grandparents. She will be 18 in 2 months and has expressed to me certain conditions in which she has been living that is not healthy to her life. I do not have parental rights due to the fact that her grandparents adopted her. She wants to live with me, are there any laws preventing that? Can I go to jail for having her? What can I do so she can stay with me legally

Once she turns 18 she can go live where ever she wants. Before that time you could be charged with interfering with her parents' rights if you take her in without their consent.

Legally, you are not her parent. That is the legal effect of the adoption and the termination of your rights.
