Dui

Is a DUI a crime of violence or a crime involving moral turpitude for inmigration purposes??????

Well, the government would like you to think it is both, but the case law appears to lean against that. For now, one DUI is not a COV nor a CIMT for immigration purposes; if it's two DUI's, and the state charges the alien as a habitual offender, then it moves closer to a CIMT. That's how it stands now. Tomorrow? Who knows. If you are in proceedings, get a good immigration lawyer. I have not lost a case yet involving DUI's, even where there is a habitual offender charge. So make sure your lawyer is up to date on the law. Good luck.
