Legal Question

Hello, I知 an illegal resident in the US, I cross the border with tourist visa and I been living here for almost 5 years. In this time I had been working with a different name and fake id and social security. I知 23 years old, I have a GED and I have some collage, I would keep going but I rather fix my situation first. It may have a chance to get a green card?
