how can my three children get the legal support from his father,,we are realy totaly abondon of my husband we have no funds to pay the charge to process this case,

If he is not out of the country you can file a complaint for support and a criminal case for violation of a law relative to violence against women and their children. Your husband by abandoning you and his children has committed economic violence as he derpived you and your children the means of support. You can avail the services of the public defender's office under the Department of Justice. They give free legal assistance.
