Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Colorado

what can I do if landlord has writ of eviction for month of January and it was paid, can they use that writ for february? also this eviction has been a result of them overcharging for fees that they should not be charging and I have proof from bank institutions that I am not at fault. apoartment complex is harrassing me ie posting visible notices and emeails

There is no writ of eviction. If you did not appear and were in default in the eviction proceeding the landlord gets a writ of restitution which they then give to the sheriff to remove you. If a writ has been issued the only way to get that voided is by court order.

If a writ has been issued, you need to hire an attorney to see if you have a chance of getting the order changed. This will be extremely difficult. Good luck.
