Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Colorado

landlord gets a writ of restitution,tenant receives the writ, tenants move out but did not hand the keys to landlord. does the landlord have the right to enter the house with out the presents of a sheriff being on the property? tenant did leave one set of keys and garage remote in the house but kept one set of keys.

I would think so, but if the tenant left any property in the house it would be safest to contact the sheriff so that the landlord is protected from any liability.
