Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

My father died 20 years ago and his second wife produced a will that was not what my father told me was in the will (my sister and me getting nothing). Even after 20 years it still annoys me that perhaps there was a will that never came to the fore. Are wills registered or is there a way to look up wills or find out the wills that were drawn up many years ago? Thanks!

Sorry, but wills that are just drafted are not registered. When your father passed the will that was claimed by his second wife should have been filed in probate. If your father passed 20 years ago, you are about 18 years too late to do anything about it now. The statute of limitations is long past.
