Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

My father passed 10 years and left a will leaving everything to his wife, my mother. The will was filed , and the estate opened informally. There was only one asset, their house, which at the time my mother thought was held in joint tenancy. Since there were no other assets the estate was not formally closed. Turns out the property was held as Tenants in Common which requires probate. How do I get the deed to list my mom as the owner.

You will have to reopen probate, have the PR, proceed with the process correctly, transfer the house, and properly close probate. Since this was done incorrectly the first time and since we are talking about a house, you are best hiring a probate attorney.
