Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut

second dui

Today i was charged with my second dui. I did fine doing the sobriety test .Then was taken to the police station i refused to take the breathalizer test. My question is can i still be convicted for dui if i didn't take the breathalizer test.

The refusal to submit to a breathalizer test is a charge in and of itself. As to the DUI, if you passed the sobriety what is the officer basing the DUI on?
