My boyfriend just got his second DUI. He has two failure to appears and a vilation of phrobation and driving while suspended everyone says he will serve 3 months im just curious about howmuch time he might have

While it is a very distict possibility that he will do a few months, there may be other possibilities and remedies available depending on other circumstances.
