Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My brother and I have inherited 50-50 my moms house. She dies 7/31/2016, my brother said (0n 9/1/16) he wanted to buy me out and would sell his house to pay me. The estate was totally settled by the court Feb/17. As of today he continues to tell me he will put his house on the market ( 5 dates so far), but it hasn't happen yet. What are my current rights

Was the house distributed to the 2 of you from the estate? If so, you can force the sale of the house and make your brother fish or cut bait.
