I am a husband who's wife wants a divorce.Have been out of work with ruptured discs in my neck and back for the past 13 months.I have been taking care of all household duties.I have no income and am dependent on my wife for income.Was wondering if i had any rights.

Of course you have rights. If you are in legitimate need of assistance because of injury, she can divorce you, but she'll have to contribute to your care.
