Divorce Case Management Agreement

I filed for Divorce My Wife waived her Right to be served by Sheriff..Now she wont sign Case Management Agreement It is Uncontested Divorce..What can i do if it is not signed by the Case management Date by the 31st Of August

You will need to go to court on the case management date and tell the judge she won't sign it. She is required to also be present in court on that date and must explain to the judge why she wouldn't sign it.

You may want to try mediation.
