Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

I need to evict an ex-boyfriend who paid no bills, has no utilities in his name, no lease, no rent but still, apparently, has rights. I have Restraining Order against him but his belongings are still in my apartment. He has no address so Order has not been served. What are my rights and can I legally dispose of his belongings?

Unfortunately, you have to go through the standard eviction process.
