Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

I Have No income and cannot pay anything. My boyfriend and I have a 2 year old daughter together. WE have a condo under his name. I am from CA and moved here when the baby was 3wks. If I file for a relocation study, during the 6 mo+ time frame he plans to evict me by court order. Will I lose my daughter during this time? I have been a stay at home mother since she was born and have no income. All my support and family is in CA. What are the chances I will be forced in staying in CT, are they higher than me being granted the right to leave? We would both fight for custody. In what case would the courts favor the father more and give him the custody of the baby? I am terrified of losing my daughter and have put off the relocation study for that reason but he is threatening to have me served to not leave the state with her. If he does this, can I still do a relocation study?
