Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

There is currently a joint custody order for my 15yo out of MA, no child support order was ever ordered. She has lived in CT with myself and my husband since 2008, her father remains in MA. He currently gives me $100 a week, and our daughter is covered under my husbands health/dental/vision insurance. What are my options for having an order established in CT for custody and support? He has not seen her in 10 weeks, nor has he contributed support.

Thank you in advance.

You have to register the MA order in the CT court, then file a motion to modify to establish a support order.
