Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My ex of ten years is taking me to court tomorrow state of ct. Oldest turns 18 on the 29 of dec. youngest turned 15 on the 19 of dec. he wants to stop all child support payments seven though our divorce decree stated till both were 18. Said that since my youngest doesn't stay with me 50 percent of the time he doesn't have to pay. He owns three businesses and I hardly make anything. He wants me to bring a financial affidavit in to court for his atty. everyone I spoke to said not to. Please advise. Thank you

You have to bring the FA if only because the older child is 18 (and out of high school?), so the support has to be re-calculated. Butt why doesn't the child live with you 50% of the time? In college, jail? Unless he's living with dad, unless the order is changed, I don't see how the court would terminate the child support. Probably ought to have a lawyer, though.
