Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Hello, My x and i are divorced since June 2008. My question is. Our daughter just turned 6 and i had her signed up for Cheerleading. He lives 30 minutes from me. And has her alternating tuesday and thursday sleepover. Cheerleading practice is mon-thur from 530 to 730. On his days hes does not bring her to practice. I want to know if i can take him back to court, to have the judge tell him that he needs to bring to her activies. He does come down to pick her up on those days. I just had to take her out of cheerleading. And cheerleading is only from August to October and once school starts practice will only be 3 days a week. She loves and has always been wanting to be a cheerleader. Please help, i feel to bad for her. And i need to know what i can do.

Thanks,

Yes you can. File a motion with the court and request that he take her to cheerleading.
