Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Connecticut

Hi...I am a graphic designer. I have created several original art posters of different celebrities. Since it is all my designs, do I have to get permission from the celebrity to sell my work?

Thank you for any help you can provide.

Yes you do, otherwise you would be infringing their right of publicity. The right of publicity protects a person's right to control their name, likeness, and image.
