Your question lacks crucial information to sufficiently answer it. Did a judge set a law day or sale date for you already? Has this date come and passed? If your home has already been foreclosed on and you must leave, then the law day or sale date set by a judge has passed. You have until your law day to pay what you owe to your lender. You also have until a sale date to try and sell the property or get a loan to pay what you owe, or auction your home to the highest bidder. If you do not leave your home after the law or sale date, the new owner will get a marshal to move your things out. The marshal will give you notice of the time and date he is coming. Sometimes this notice may be as little as 24 hours. If you remain on the property after this, the marshal will put your things in storage for 15 days. After 15 days the town may auction off your things, if you have not collected them.
